Red Shirt Friday
You may be seeing members of the Stoneham Fire Department wearing red shirts on Fridays. "Red Shirt Friday" is a show of solidarity in support of our U.S. military troops. Any Fire Department personnel wearing a red shirt on Friday has donated $5.00 for the priviledge to wear the red shirt that particular day. Funds collected for the red shirt program will be donated to HOT (help our troops).
