STONEHAM, MA - The Stoneham Board of Health will be rescheduling their Flu Clinics. The first clinic will be held on Monday, Dec. 4, from 8 a.m. to noon at St. Patrick School Hall. This clinic will be for residents who are 65 years of age and older and/or those who are considered "high risk." High-risk people include those with chronic medical conditions such as heart and lung disease, diabetes, asthma, HIV infection, and pregnant women who will be in their second or third trimester during flu season.
The second clinic will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Banquet Room at Town Hall. This clinic is open to all residents of Stoneham. We ask the cooperation of healthy people younger than 65 years of age to wait until the second clinic to be vaccinated, in order to protect the most vulnerable in our community.
