More homes will be demolished

STONEHAM, MA - Not far from the new Police Station and new Town Common, something new and different may soon replace the aging houses of 10 and 12 Central St. stand.
Larry Bucci bought 10 and 12 Central Street from the Vaughan brothers of Stoneham. Bucci plans to tear down the homes, according to his attorney Charlie Houghton.
Houghton will go before the Planning Board with preliminary plans for the space on June 19. This indicates a change in zoning may be necessary, but Houghton said he wants to speak first with the Planning Board before going public with details.
